review it, fine-tune if needed, and send it.

3. Customer sentiment – understand their mood

AI recognizes whether the message is calm, irritated, or urgent. Based on that, you can
respond appropriately.

  • Reply suggestions based on history – AI notices that a similar issue was already
    solved last week and offers you a reply as inspiration. This saves time and helps
    you respond consistently every time.
