API with Documentation
You can easily integrate Qconic with other applications. Using our API, you can, for example, create new tickets or contacts. It's also possible to download all open tickets and process them further.
We've used this ourselves to integrate the VoIPEX telephone exchange via the n8n platform. To access the API, simply generate an API key in Settings. You can find the full API description in our documentation.
Message Translation → Multi-language Helpdesk
You can have messages or ticket summaries translated into your language from over 100 languages. At the same time, your agents can write replies in their native language and have them translated into the customer's language. Thanks to this feature, a single agent can easily handle inquiries from customers all over the world.

I just click Translate and get the translation in an instant, even for longer texts.

The agent writes the reply in Czech, clicks Translate...

...and has it translated into English, ready to send to the customer.

AI Agent sources data from your Heureka feed
The AI agents' knowledge base now pulls data directly from the Heureka XML feed, giving them more accurate information about product prices and features. Your agent can then recommend the perfect product even for queries like: "I'm looking for softshell trousers in size 140 under 2,500 CZK."
Security Certification Renewal for Google Data Access
To ensure we can continue to securely access Google Workspace and Gmail accounts, we have successfully renewed our security certification with TAC Security, an official Google partner.
Minor Improvements
We've also made some small tweaks to the app, such as the handy option to change ticket status directly from the ticket list.
What's coming in August
This August, you can look forward to even more features, like sending an email from an open ticket to a user outside the helpdesk and seeing their reply directly within the ticket.
